Group Benefits Plan (Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Extended Health, Dental benefits)
The PAOC Group Insurance Benefits Plan is insured under Great-West Life. This plan is available to all credential holders of the PAOC, and to all employees of PAOC churches and qualifying ministries who receive ministry income based on a work week of a minimum 20 hours on a regular full-time basis. Those credential holders who do not receive income from a church are eligible for all benefits with the exception of long term disability.

The PAOC Pension Plan
The PAOC Pension Plan is open to all PAOC credential holders and eligible staff of PAOC churches and institutions. The minimum contribution to start is 2.5% of compensation matched by employer. Twelve percent of the annual employee and employer contributions are added to your pension benefit each year. To find out more information and how to enrol, click here.
Clergy Residence Deduction
When an employee is eligible to claim the Clergy Residence Deduction, the individual must enter the amount of that deduction when filing the T-1 General Income Tax Return. That amount is determined by completing the T-1223 form. You can download a PDF version of the form by clicking on the link. The form has 3 parts to be completed.
