District Office Staff
The Alberta & NWT District exists to initiate, facilitate and support the development of healthy churches, leadership, ministries and individuals as together we fulfill the Great Commission.

Ken Solbrekken, District Superintendent: Ken deals with church issues (staffing, constitutions and facilities), church relationships and pastor/board relationships. Ken leads the District Executive Committee and the Executive Officers.
Dave Hall, Director of Leader Development & Care: Dave oversees the care and development of credential holders. He gives oversight to Ministerial Credentials and serves as Assistant District Superintendent.
Phil Doroshuk, Director of Finance & Administration: Phil manages the district's finances, payroll, property and other administrative details, and helps churches with banking, loans, payroll, benefits, taxes, charitable status and other administrative issues.
Paul Fraser, Church Ministries Director: Paul gives leadership to youth and young adult ministries and oversight to the children's, women's, men's and fifty-plus ministries.
Loredanna Reddekopp: The Receptionist answers the phones and general emails at the office. She is the registrar for many of our events, handles change of address requests and sends out promotional and other materials.
Richard Fott, Executive Assistant: Richard is the assistant to the Executive Officers. He gives oversight to the processing of credential matters, sits on the CP2020 Committee, and assists with other administrative duties, including maintaining the District website.
Carissa Allen, Church Ministries Assistant: Carissa supports the Church Ministries department in its events as well as other administrative details.
Emilie Stein, Graphic Design: Emilie is graphic artist, designing and producing District publications.
Mary Ann Merritt, Bookkeeper: Mary Ann is the assistant to the Director of Finance & Administration, as well as takes care of all receipting, cheques, invoices and payments.
Amy Frey, Children's Ministry Coordinator: Amy gives oversight to Children's Ministry and is a resource person to Children's Ministry workers in the District
Lori Patrick, Women's Ministries Director: Lori leads Women's Ministries in the District and serves WM leaders and groups across the District.
Al Downey, Pastoral Care Coordinator: Al gives direction to the pastoral care needs of credential holders and their families.
